Job Summary
Our Company's recruiting team is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist to support client projects and internal operations. You'll keep business data accurate across company systems in a fast-paced staffing environment.
Responsibilities
● Enter, update, and maintain database records using keyboard, scanners, or other equipment
● Collect and input information from clients, candidates, and team members
● Build and maintain spreadsheets in Excel
● Verify data accuracy against source documents
● Generate reports and retrieve data as requested
● Perform routine data backups
● Maintain organized digital and physical filing
● Assist with general admin duties including phones and filing
● Handle confidential information securely
Qualifications
● High school diploma or GED
● Prior data entry or administrative experience preferred
● Typing speed of 45+ WPM with strong accuracy
● Proficient in Word, Excel, and standard office software
● Familiarity with database management
● Comfortable with office equipment (printers, scanners, copiers, fax)
● Strong communication skills
● Sharp eye for spotting and correcting discrepancies
● Able to prioritize and work independently or on a team
