Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking an Industrial Mechanic Technician 1 to join their team. As an Industrial Mechanic Technician 1, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Utilize mechanical skills and knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, power transmission, and lubrication
- Maintain and troubleshoot machinery to ensure optimal uptime in a continuous process manufacturing environment
- Engage in preventative maintenance activities in assigned areas
- Collaborate effectively with maintenance and operations teams to resolve issues
- Work with computer systems for maintenance processes and work orders
What's Needed?
- At least 3 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance
- Basic knowledge of PLCs, A/C, motors, drives, schematics, bearings, power transmission, lubrication, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and use basic computer applications
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and weekends as required
