This position involves performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure our facilities remain clean, safe, and welcoming.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collect and empty trash cans.
- Dust all surfaces (walls, furniture, and equipment).
- Clean and restock restrooms.
- Follow established cleaning procedures.
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors.
- Perform routine maintenance activities.
- Clean and polish fixtures and furniture.
- Follow safety procedures for using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Notify management of needed repairs or maintenance.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager/supervisor.
- Minimum six (6) months of janitorial or custodial experience preferred.
- Knowledge of standard cleaning methods and procedures.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Experience using cleaning equipment such as vacuums and floor buffers.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety guidelines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work variable hours and respond to call-ins as needed.
