Research Associate II, NGS & RNA Library Prep

Alltrna, a Flagship Pioneering portfolio company, is seeking a Research Associate II / Senior Research Associate to join the NGS Core in the Computational and Molecular Biology team in Cambridge, MA. You will own end-to-end RNA-based NGS experiments from extraction to sequencing, ensuring data quality and traceability. You will work with cross-functional scientists, operate automation platforms (KingFisher, Mantis, Biomek), maintain SOPs, and document procedures in Benchling, contributing to #J-18808-Ljbffr Flagship Pioneering
