PT - Physical Therapist

Outpatient Physical Therapist
This is a 13-week contract position.
Monday to Friday, 5x8 Hour Shift (08:00 - 16:30)
The Outpatient Physical Therapist will work in a hospital-based ambulatory clinic, providing therapeutic services that support various specialties including Orthopedics, Geriatrics, Cardiopulmonary, Neurological, Lymphedema, and Pelvic Health.
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
Deliver therapy interventions to improve patient outcomes.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
Participate in patient and family education regarding treatment plans and rehabilitation strategies.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a physical therapist.
Current Arizona license or Compact license required upon submission.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required.
Experience in outpatient clinic settings is preferred.
Additional certifications in Manual Therapy, Dry Needling, and Wound Care are advantageous.
