Event Project Manager

Virtual Vocations Inc

Providing consultative services to a curated set of clients, the full-time Event Project Manager will oversee the entire event project life cycle, ensuring accurate setup, troubleshooting software challenges, and guiding clients in utilizing products effectively while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage the event project life cycle, including initial configuration and iterative changes Consult and train clients on software usage, ensuring they leverage available resources Collaborate with the Account Management team to assess client health and identify upsell opportunities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 0-2 years of client-facing work experience Knowledge of the trade show industry and/or professional associations Strong technical and business requirements writing skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
