Job Description Job Type: Contract || Job location: Chicago, USA Duration: 3 months (extendable) Mode: Work from Office Responsibilities Technology Process Expert to: Assess PMO current state processes across Product and Technology (SDLC, PDLC, Release Management, Prioritization, Jira practices, Capacity Management) Define and document the target state process for each (and lead another resource) New process flows, training materials, communication strategy Plan and execute the rollout of the target state processes across different Product and Tech teams Daily program management throughout the program life cycle Defining the program governance (controls) Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress Managing the program’s budget Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies Managing stakeholder's communication Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the program's "outcome" with aid of the business change manager Managing the main program documentations such as the program initiation document Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods Excellent problem-solving ability Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI Change Management practices adherence Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
