We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to coordinate promotional initiatives, research market opportunities, and support strategies that strengthen brand awareness. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing ideas, analyzing trends, and working with different teams to deliver effective marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and organize marketing materials, presentations, and campaign content.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences.
• Support digital marketing activities, including social media and website content.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across marketing materials and communication channels.
• Manage campaign schedules, project timelines, and promotional deadlines.
• Monitor campaign activity and assist with preparing performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing projects and deliverables.
• Maintain marketing records, campaign documentation, and digital resources.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and an understanding of marketing principles.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to research market information and communicate findings clearly.
• Confidence using standard office software and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Previous marketing, communications, or campaign coordination experience is preferred.

Position Details

• Pay: $22–$28 per hour
• Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Location: On-site in Cleveland, OH
• Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
