OneStream Consolidation Manager

The OneStream Consolidation Manager is responsible for leading the organization's global financial consolidation, close, and reporting processes within the OneStream platform. This is a newly created role resulting from the growth of the Grant Thornton Advisory multinational platform. The position serves as the primary business owner for the OneStream consolidation application and is responsible for optimizing system functionality, maintaining financial data integrity, supporting external audit requirements, and driving process automation and standardization. Key Responsibilities Financial Consolidation & Reporting Functional business owner for the OneStream platform Oversee metadata and account structure maintenance and overall governance standards for financial master data. Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation processes within OneStream. Manage ownership structures, legal entity hierarchies, alternate hierarchies, transformation rules, consolidation rules, and reporting dimensions. Ensure accurate elimination of intercompany balances and activities Ensure accurate foreign currency translation and consolidation adjustments. Review and validate consolidated financial statements and supporting schedules. Support preparation of management, statutory, and regulatory reporting packages. Support external audits and internal control testing. Assist with acquisitions, divestitures, and legal entity restructurings affecting consolidation processes.
