Full Opportunity Brief Title: Associate Corporate Counsel Category: Jobs Organiser: FlatironDragados Description: FlatironDragados is seeking a driven legal professional for the position of Associate Corporate Counsel. The successful candidate will support P3 pursuits and banking transactions, providing practical, business-focused legal advice. Key responsibilities include reviewing project contract documents to identify and mitigate legal risks, drafting and negotiating various agreements (including Owner, subcontract, and lender agreements), and advising stakeholders on potential disputes. The role also involves supporting banking transactions and ensuring compliance with corporate governance requirements. Eligibility: Applicants must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and possess a minimum of 3 years of post-bar professional legal experience. Prior exposure to P3 projects or the construction industry is highly preferred. Candidates should demonstrate AI fluency and exceptional drafting skills.
