Sus responsabilidades como representante de servicio al cliente
Como representante de servicio al cliente, usted es el componente clave para brindar un excelente servicio al cliente al crear experiencias de servicio al cliente de clase mundial para clientes con electrodomésticos averiados.
Estas son sus principales responsabilidades:
· Contestar las llamadas entrantes y empatizar con el cliente.
· Responder a los correos electrónicos de los clientes.
· Programe citas de servicio a domicilio con uno de nuestros técnicos capacitados en reparación de electrodomésticos.
· Comunicarse efectivamente con el cliente para asegurarse de que comprenda la hora de la cita y los servicios necesarios.
· Ordenar y recibir repuestos para asegurar el uso eficiente de los materiales de la empresa.
· Introducir datos en el software de la empresa
Para tener éxito en este rol como representante de servicio al cliente, esto es lo que necesita:
Servicio al cliente excepcional: en este rol, usted es la voz de la empresa. Puede demostrar su capacidad para brindar una excelente experiencia al cliente, mostrando empatía hacia el cliente. Usted está allí para programar citas de reparación para que puedan volver a tener un hogar eficiente.
Resolución de problemas: este rol requiere habilidades de pensamiento crítico y la capacidad de resolver problemas. Esto garantiza que nuestros clientes estén satisfechos y que el trabajo se programe y se solucione correctamente desde la primera vez.
Eficiencia : para responder a todas las necesidades diarias de nuestros clientes, deberá ser eficiente con su tiempo y ser capaz de sobresalir en un entorno de oficina acelerado.
Puntualidad y Fiabilidad : ¡Nuestros clientes esperan ansiosamente su ayuda! Para brindar una gran experiencia, debe estar disponible y llegar a tiempo.

Requisitos de trabajo
Los siguientes son los requisitos mínimos para ser considerado para el puesto de Representante de Servicio al Cliente.
· Diploma de escuela secundaria o su equivalente
· Buenas habilidades de comunicación telefónica
· Habilidades básicas de computación y entrada de datos

El rango de pago para esta posición es de $XX.00 a $XX.00 por hora, según su experiencia.
