Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN)We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join one of Oklahoma's busiest and most advanced maternity units. You'll provide exceptional care to mothers and newborns while working alongside a collaborative team dedicated to delivering outstanding patient outcomes.What You'll DoAssess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care throughout labor and delivery.Monitor maternal and fetal well-being during labor and delivery.Assist physicians and the healthcare team during deliveries and obstetrical procedures.Provide compassionate care and emotional support to patients and their families.Educate patients on labor, delivery, postpartum recovery, and newborn care.Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, neonatal staff, and interdisciplinary teams.Support patient safety initiatives and maintain compliance with hospital policies and best practices.Qualifications RequiredActive Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) License or Compact Multi-State RN License.Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.Ability to prioritize patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment.PreferredPrevious Labor & Delivery experience is strongly preferred.Also ConsideredCandidates with two or more years of acute care hospital nursing experience may be considered, even without prior Labor & Delivery experience.
