What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative , you'll work directly with clients while developing communication, customer service, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and scheduled phone appointments
• Build strong client relationships through professional, personalized service
• Educate clients about available benefit programs and answer questions
• Assist clients throughout the enrollment process
• Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication
• Maintain accurate electronic client records
• Collaborate with teammates in a fully remote environment
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship
• Continue developing communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
