Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status, identifying key issues, strengths, and goals during initial consultation sessions. Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies tailored to the diverse needs of clients, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. Create personalized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals, interventions, and expected outcomes in partnership with clients, ensuring alignment with their preferences. Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute mental health episodes, utilizing effective de-escalation techniques and referrals to hospitalization when necessary. Maintain detailed and confidential client records, consistently updating assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with ethical, legal, and professional standards.
