Key Responsibilities of the Certified Surgical Technician - First Assist

• Assist in surgical procedures with a focus on patient safety and care
• Manage necessary equipment and instruments during operations
• Support the surgical team as needed in various capacities
• Fulfill rotating call schedule, including one night a week and one weekend per 5-week schedule minimum
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety measures

Requirements of the Certified Surgical Technician - First Assist

• OR circulator experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to fulfill rotating call schedule
• Experience in various surgical fields is preferred (orthopedics, general, gynecology, robotics, etc.)
