Dental Assistant Opportunity

Bright Now! Dental supported by Smile Brands is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our team in Salem! Schedule (days/hours): M-F 8-5 (occasional Sat)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures
• Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments
• Take X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
• Support smooth patient flow and provider efficiency
• Educate patients and help create a comfortable office experience
• Work collaboratively with clinical and front office teams

Qualifications:

• Oregon Xray license required
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care

Compensation: $26-$30/hour
