What You'll Do

As an Infant Childcare Teacher, you’ll play a vital role in the lives of the children and families we serve. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing attentive, nurturing care to infants in a safe and engaging environment.
• Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities to support early development.
• Monitoring and documenting each child’s progress, milestones, and daily routines.
• Communicating effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child’s experiences and growth.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom space.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety and childcare regulations.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, we’re seeking someone who brings:

• At least 1 year of experience working with infants or young children in a childcare setting.
• A genuine love for children and a patient, caring demeanor.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively with a team while taking initiative when needed.
• A commitment to creating a positive and enriching environment for every child.
