This inpatient psychiatric facility provides structured behavioral health services for adult patients requiring evaluation and ongoing treatment. The facility maintains dedicated support staff, including 1 APP, to ensure continuity of care within the inpatient environment. Locum tenens coverage is sought to address the clinical needs of the adult population served.

Michigan offers a range of attractions suited to diverse interests, including natural landmarks such as the Great Lakes, Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, Mackinac Island, and Isle Royale National Park. Clinicians on assignment may also explore urban destinations such as Detroit and Traverse City, with activities ranging from historical walking tours and wine tours to baseball games and family-friendly adventure parks. The psychiatric nurse practitioner will provide full-time inpatient psychiatric services for adult patients during day shifts, following a 7 on/7 off schedule from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, totaling 40 hours per week on-site. Clinical responsibilities include conducting psychiatric evaluations and managing medications for adults within a structured inpatient setting, with an average patient volume of 18 patients per day.
