We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumber to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. This is a permanent position with the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects. The chosen candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the plumbing field and possess a valid Journeyman License. They must be well-versed in all aspects of plumbing, from installing new systems to troubleshooting and repairing existing ones. This role requires a strong ability to perform complex calculations and planning for special or large jobs, including daily scope of work.

Responsibilities:

• Review blueprints, building codes, and specifications to determine work details and procedures.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with established codes and standards.
• Perform complex calculations and planning for special or large jobs.
• Fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observe pressure gauges to detect and locate leaks.
• Use power tools safely and effectively to perform job duties.
• Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with clients, team members, and management.
• Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance meet the requirements of the appropriate codes.
• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure plumbing work is in line with overall project goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the plumbing field.
• Must possess a valid Journeyman License.
• Proven experience with filling pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observing pressure gauges to detect and locate leaks.
• Extensive knowledge of reviewing blueprints and building codes and specifications to determine work details and procedures.
• Ability to perform complex calculations and planning for special or large jobs, including daily scope of work.
• Demonstrated ability to handle power tools in a safe manner.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally at all levels inside and outside the company.
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of the job, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of the job.
