Building Supervisor

Auburn Hills, MI, United States of America $17.00 - $18.00 Job Skills / Requirements Monday - Friday | 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm $17 - $18 per hour We are seeking an experienced and dependable Custodial Supervisor to lead a small cleaning team at a modern automotive safety, technology, and innovation facility in the Auburn Hills area near the I-75 corridor. This is a hands-on leadership role. The Building Supervisor will work alongside the cleaning team each shift while helping train employees, monitor quality, maintain cleaning standards, and support daily facility operations. The ideal candidate is someone who leads by example, communicates professionally, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and high-quality environment within a professional automotive technology setting. Responsibilities Lead and support a small team of cleaning employees Perform daily janitorial and custodial duties alongside the team Train employees on cleaning procedures, quality expectations, and safety practices Monitor work quality and help maintain consistent cleaning standards Assist with shift coordination, task assignments, and daily coverage needs Communicate professionally with team members, management, and building contacts Maintain cleanliness throughout offices, conference rooms, common areas, entrances, and shared spaces Support proper use of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment Help maintain a clean, safe, and professional workplace environment Requirements Previous janitorial or custodial experience required Previous management, supervisory, or team lead experience required Reliable attendance and strong communication skills Ability to lead employees while also performing hands-on cleaning duties Ability to work independently, stay organized, and follow through on daily responsibilities Comfortable working in a professional automotive technology and engineering environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work At Saber, we strive to create a workplace built on respect, support, and opportunity.
