Work Environment\n

This full-time position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while serving clients in an outpatient office setting. Our working hours are Monday to Friday with no evening or weekend obligations, allowing for a healthy balance between professional and personal life.   • Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions that encourage clients to share experiences, foster connections, and learn from each other. Utilize techniques that enhance group dynamics and support individual growth.

  • Conduct Individual Therapy: Provide personalized counseling services that delve into clients’ thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Utilize therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing to help clients develop effective coping strategies and action plans.

  • Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to design individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and preferences, ensuring they are active participants in their recovery process.

  • Monitor Progress: Regularly assess client progress, employing a variety of assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to evaluate effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

  • Educational Background: A Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy is required.

  • Licensure: Valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials are essential to ensure compliance with state regulations.

  • Experience: Prior work experience in providing mental health treatment in either residential or outpatient settings is critical to success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
