C. Harper CDJR in Connellsville is looking for ambitious, outgoing and motivated Automotive Sales Consultants to join our growing sales team.

• Salaried Pay Plan - stable salary for consistent income

• Draw/Commission Pay Plan - performance-driven compensation with greater earning potential

• Protected Salary Pay Plan - guaranteed income during your probationary period while you learn the business

• Monthly performance bonuses

• $250 paid after 30 days

• Additional $250 after successful completion of the 90-day probationary period

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build relationships with customers and develop clients for life

• Help customers select the right new or pre-owned vehicle

• Ask questions and listen carefully to understand each customer's needs

• Provide a professional, consultative sales experience

• Demonstrate Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram vehicles

• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives

• Develop strong knowledge of CDJR products, technology and available options

• Work internet and dealership leads

• Follow up with prospective customers

• Maintain relationships with customers after the sale

• Develop repeat and referral business

• Professionally overcome objections

• Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales objectives

• Work directly with Sales Management to achieve monthly goals

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from introduction through vehicle delivery

AUTOMOTIVE SALES EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED.

Successful candidates from retail sales, wireless sales, hospitality, restaurants, real estate, insurance, customer service and other performance-driven industries are encouraged to apply.
