The Manufacturing Production Supervisor role will lead, direct, and develop production teams to safely execute the production schedule while meeting quality, delivery, and efficiency targets in a high-mix electrical fabrication environment. What You'll Do Own daily execution of the production schedule within assigned area(s). Ensure work orders are worked in priority sequence as defined by the schedule. Lead, coach, and hold production employees accountable to expectations. Ensure proper staffing, training, and skill coverage for daily operations. Ensure all work meets quality, workmanship, and documentation requirements. Address defects, rework, and quality issues at the point of occurrence. Own safety performance within assigned department. Enforce safety policies, PPE usage, and housekeeping standards. What You Bring (Required Experience) 510 years of experience in manufacturing, as well as 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role. Experience in electrical fabrication, panel building, wire harnessing, or industrial assembly preferred. Solid understanding of production schedules and priorities, labor standards, efficiency tracking, quality systems, and corrective actions. Comfortable using ERP systems for labor and job tracking.
