Role Description
The SAP EAM Architect will be responsible for:
- Strong solution visioning, business process analysis, design thinking, product management, and solution architecture experience.
- Experience in application development, SAP Enterprise Asset Management landscape (includes Plant Maintenance, Material & Inventory Management, Finance & Controlling & Material / Service procurement) and integrating with disparate non-SAP enterprise solutions.
- Proven solution architecture, governing adherence to standards, problem solving, quality control and planning skills.
- Ability to define, document and articulate reusable paradigms and solutions that can be leveraged across the entire IT organization.
- Ability to develop approaches and plans to solve complex problems involving interaction of multiple systems.
- Experience leading multiple teams and mentoring upcoming functional and technical resources.
- Experience in analyzing situation errors, tasking, taking action and verifying results.
- Excellent documentation, solution governance, communication & interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Architecture experience is mandatory.
- Expertise in configure and customize.
Requirements
- Experience being part of the leadership team; leading medium to large sized teams and/or complex SAP EAM implementation programs.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively.
- Experience in working in a cross-functional team setting to drive strategic initiatives to timely, cost-effective and successful completion.
