Business Management Analyst

Job Description Everforth ECS is seeking a candidate to provide business management and analytical support to our Navy System Warfare - Crane client. This role includes providing daily program, analytical, and acquisition management support, managing records, conducting business research analysis, and implementing valuation strategies. The analyst will utilize MS Office applications (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and report‑writing software, including business intelligence tools. Additional administrative tasks may also be required. Please note that this position is contingent upon additional funding. The Analyst Will Have The Following Responsibilities Planning, tracking, and analysis of acquisition requirements. Purchase requisition input. Monitoring contract performance. Tracking of funds and payment. Preparation and review of acquisition requirements documentation. Preparing meeting minutes. Document handling and storage. Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) reporting. Salary Range 40,000-60,000 Required Skills 2+ years of working experience A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university An active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one. Strong financial and data analytics skills; demonstrated experience with project support, data collection, reporting, record‑keeping and presenting. Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multi‑task effectively and work under firm and quick turn‑around deadlines. Ability to manage up; effectively able to identify and mitigate project risks. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Experienced user with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
