Travel RN – Medical ICU (MICU)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 26-bed Medical ICU at a 2:1 patient ratio
• Perform hemodynamic monitoring and airway management
• Administer and monitor moderate sedation
• Operate and manage CRRT equipment as needed
• Collaborate with charge nurses, PCTs, and interdisciplinary team members across day shift
• Document patient care accurately using the facility EMR system

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care ICU RN experience in a hospital setting
• Active RN licensure (compact or Kansas state license)
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current NIH Stroke Scale certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with Meditech EMR
• Previous travel nursing experience at large trauma facilities
• Sono IV and CRRT experience
