Talented Medical Solutions Contract In-Office | Burlington, VT, United States Submission Requirements: Travel experience: Minimum 1 year of verifiable travel experience. LTC experience: Minimum 2 years of LTC experience Point Click Care Experience - State that in sizzle; they will ask if it's not listed on resume. Reference: At least one reference must be from one of the candidate's two most recent facilities listed on their resume. Will NOT take any BKG hit, this is a hard NO. No 12-hour shifts No RTO prior to offer: RTO cannot be requested during submission or before an offer is made. The candidate must be comfortable with no RTO or the possibility of requesting it after completing facility-level orientation. RTO approval: RTO is only considered after orientation and is approved only if no other staff member has RTO scheduled for those dates. NO RTO will be written in contracts. Holiday Requirement - No RTO Travelers must work 2 of the 3 holidays. At orientation, they will review a holiday schedule sheet to determine which holiday they can have off based on facility needs and available openings. Each traveler will receive 1 holiday off. The specific holiday off will be determined during orientation. Start Dates: Set start date orientation every two weeks on Monday. 9/8 (due to Holiday 9/7), 9/21, 10/5 Looking for longer contract to get through holidays 16-18 weeks Shift 8 hours Units- 4 Average Census- 95 Average Ratios- CNA: 1:12 LPN: 1:18 RN: 1:18 Residents Skill Type- LTC, Rehab, Dementia Charting- PCC Scrub Requirements- no specific colors. No jackets/hoodies LNAs- 8 hours Nurses- 8 hours and sometimes 12 hours Shift times - 6a-230p, 2p-1030p, 10p-630a, 6a-630p, 6p-630a (Managers 8a-430p) Therapy Animals- No Public Transportation- Uber, Taxi, Bus, Lyft Attractions- Waterfront, Mall, Hiking, Skiing, Swimming Hotels- Unknown - Most use apartment finders, or stay at a local hotel (there is several) Closest Airport- Burlington International Airport #J-18808-Ljbffr Talented-Medical-Solutions
