• Our facility, a community-owned hospital with 99 beds, provides a wide range of services for patients of all ages in the Cushing, Oklahoma region. We offer 24/7 emergency services, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, diagnostic imaging, orthopedics, neurosurgery, urology, and more. Additionally, we provide inpatient behavioral health care for adults facing mental health crises, featuring a fully staffed team of licensed professionals, tailored treatment plans, and ongoing support post-discharge.

Discover a Day in the Life of a Med Surg RN:

Your role will involve delivering patient care tailored to the specific age group of each patient. This includes utilizing the nursing process, providing leadership to guide other nursing staff, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team. You will demonstrate the necessary skills and competencies, aligned with your scope of practice, training, and licensure, to assess, treat, and care for patients effectively.

Job Requirements:

• Associate's degree in nursing (ADN)
• Valid Oklahoma RN License
• BLS certification must be acquired within 14 days of hire or transfer into the position and before engaging in direct patient care
• MAB certification
• N-95 fit test (annual)
• Less than one year of experience
