Project Manager

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team and oversee the successful delivery of high-end residential construction projects. As Project Manager, you will oversee multiple luxury residential construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the exceptional standards expected by discerning clients. Working closely with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams, you will play a key role in coordinating every stage of the construction process while maintaining clear communication and delivering an outstanding client experience. Key Responsibilities Manage luxury residential construction projects from pre-construction through final handover. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and site teams. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues to minimise delays. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings. Maintain strong relationships with homeowners, architects, and design professionals. Oversee change orders, project documentation, and reporting. Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest level of craftsmanship. Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager within high-end residential or luxury custom home construction. Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Experience managing multiple stakeholders and high-value client relationships. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. Proficient with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
