Onboarding Specialist

Transforming new clients into confident users, the remote Onboarding Specialist will manage the onboarding process over the first 30 to 90 days, conducting personalized training sessions and proactively addressing client needs to ensure satisfaction and retention. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during their onboarding journey, fostering strong relationships for long-term success Conduct virtual one-on-one training sessions to educate clients on effectively using the platform and services Identify client needs, track progress, and proactively address potential roadblocks to ensure successful onboarding Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in a SaaS environment, preferably in a customer-facing role Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple onboarding projects Experience with CRM/customer success tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot Green industry knowledge is an asset, along with proficiency in French or Spanish
