Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) | 8:00–17:30 | No on-call required | No weekends required

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mammography imaging procedures in accordance with facility protocols and standards of care
• Operate and maintain Hologic mammography equipment
• Ensure accurate patient positioning and image quality for diagnostic purposes
• Document and chart patient information accurately using Epic EMR
• Maintain compliance with facility scheduling requirements, including working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of mammography technologist experience required
• Valid state license or compact license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Familiarity with Hologic mammography equipment required
• Must commit to all requested time off and scheduling needs being submitted upfront at time of submittal
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible (locals may be considered at an adjusted rate)
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Biopsy experience preferred but not required
• Prior experience working within a short-term acute care hospital setting
• Familiarity with Epic EMR charting system
