Build More Than a Caseload. Build a Career.

At Growing Healthy Seasons, we believe meaningful therapy begins by supporting the clinicians who provide it.

We are a values-driven pediatric therapy practice serving children and families throughout Northern California. Our work extends beyond individual therapy sessions - we build systems of care that help children, families, schools, and clinicians thrive through every season of growth.

Our culture is built on collaboration, transparency, mentorship, and clinical excellence. We believe therapists do their best work when they feel supported, respected, and connected to a team that genuinely cares about their success.

If you're looking for a workplace where you'll be known as a person, not just another provider, we'd love to meet you. Learn more at growinghealthyseasons.com

Compensation

Growing Healthy Seasons uses a per-student, per-hour compensation model , allowing clinicians to increase their earnings through appropriately scheduled individual and group therapy services.

Our compensation structure recognizes your clinical expertise while rewarding efficient, high-quality service delivery.

Hourly compensation ranges from $33–$60 per student, per hour , based on experience, credentials, certifications, and assigned responsibilities.

A Thoughtfully Built Schedule

We understand that one of the biggest considerations when choosing a pediatric therapy position is confidence in your schedule and caseload.

Rather than assigning a one-size-fits-all schedule, we intentionally build each clinician's caseload based on:

  • Clinical experience
  • Preferred populations and age groups
  • Geographic location
  • School and clinic availability
  • Supervision responsibilities
  • Organizational needs

Before assignments begin, you'll have clear conversations about your anticipated schedule, locations, supervision responsibilities, and expectations so there are no surprises.

Predictable Support in a Variable Setting

Pediatric therapy naturally includes school calendars, student absences, family cancellations, and changing service needs. While no pediatric practice can eliminate every schedule adjustment, Growing Healthy Seasons works proactively to create as much consistency as possible.

Our leadership team actively:

  • Monitors clinician caseloads throughout the year
  • Coordinates scheduling across schools and clinics
  • Communicates anticipated changes as early as possible
  • Partners with clinicians to maintain meaningful workloads
  • Provides administrative and Service Tracking support so therapists can focus on patient care

Our commitment is simple: you'll never be expected to navigate those changes alone.

Our Culture in Action

Our values aren't framed on a wall -they're reflected in how we support one another every day. That means:

  • You'll have leaders who are accessible, responsive, and invested in your success.
  • You'll spend more time providing therapy and less time managing administrative obstacles.
  • You'll collaborate with clinicians who openly share knowledge, resources, and encouragement.
  • You'll receive honest communication, clear expectations, and transparency from leadership.
  • You'll be encouraged to ask questions, contribute ideas, and help shape the future of our programs.

Our goal is to create an environment where exceptional clinicians can build long-term careers while making a lasting impact on children and families.

Whether you're early in your career or an experienced clinician looking for your next professional home, we believe growth should never stop.
