Food and Nutrition Services Aide

JOB SUMMARY

Overall food preparation, and production in conjunction with Cook. Assisting in maintaining overall health and sanitation of kitchen and food preparation Support cook in accurate record keeping, including allergy postings and dietary accommodations Serves as back up cook during absences, ensuring continuity of food service operations. Daily driving and meal deliveries

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

Required: High School graduate or equivalent preferred Clean Valid, Valid Driver’s License Preferred: Large scale food service experience preferred

SPECIAL WORKING CONDITIONS

Work conditions may include exposure to inclement weather and noise. Position may require exposure to electronic equipment and kitchen equipment including sharp instruments or objects. This job requires consistent attendance and punctuality at the job site. Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check, drug screening, physical examination and TB result. Able to tolerate kneeling, bending and lifting of bulk foods, food bins that weigh 30-50 pounds and hot food caddies.
