Description
Student Financial Aid Support Representative Pay: $15.00/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Position: Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to assist students with questions regarding grants, scholarships, and other financial aid programs in a call center environment. Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls from students regarding grants, scholarships, and financial aid • Provide accurate information and guidance based on established procedures • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records • Deliver professional, high-quality customer service • Meet productivity and quality expectations in a fast-paced call center setting Qualifications:
• Strong communication and customer service skills • Basic computer and data entry skills • Ability to multitask and work in a high-volume environment • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule. #remedyjobs Strong customer service and communication skills, Basic computer and data entry proficiency, Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment and maintain professionalism over the phone
