In-home CNA work is different from facility work. Instead of rotating through many patients per shift, you’ll typically build longer relationships with a smaller set of regular clients. You’ll still use your full CNA scope — vitals, hygiene, transfers, observation — but in a residential setting where you also help with meals, light tidying, and the small routines that make someone’s home feel like home.

Responsibilities

• Drive seniors to appointments, meetings, and church services
• Assist with bathing and grooming
• Provide incontinence care management
• Perform light housekeeping to reduce stress in the home
• Prepare meals to keep seniors healthy
• Administer medication reminders to avoid hospital readmissions
• Ensure safety with memory care strategies
• Assist with physical therapy exercises

Qualifications
