About the RN ADON Assistant Director of Nursing Role:

As a key member of our nursing department, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care, managing daily operations, and providing guidance and support to nursing staff. RN ADON Assistant Director of Nursing Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care

• Oversee daily operations, including patient care, staff scheduling, and supply management

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of care

• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Participate in budget planning and management to ensure effective use of resources

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and regulatory standards

RN ADON Assistant Director of Nursing Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Prior experience in a similar role or position

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks

• Strong patient care and customer service skills
