Lake Taylor Transitional Care Hospital
We are seeking a detailed-oriented and experienced purchasing & receiving associate to join our supply chain team. This dual-role position is critical to maintaining efficient procurement and inventory operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in purchasing and receiving within a high-volume warehouse or hospital setting and be able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism. Key responsibilities : Coordinate the procurement of supplies, equipment, materials in line with organizational policies. Verify deliveries against purchasing orders and receiving documents. Ensuring proper documentation and data entry into inventory and purchasing system. Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and track order status. Assist in inventory cycle counts and reconciliations. Maintain clean, and organized, and compliant receiving and stock areas. #J-18808-Ljbffr
