Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

$2350.08/week - Job Summary: Provide specialized nursing care in the Emergency Room, responding efficiently to acute patient needs and ensuring optimal outcomes. Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions upon arrival and prioritize care based on acuity. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. Monitor patient progress and update documentation accurately. Respond swiftly to emergency situations, providing critical support as needed. Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care. Qualifications: Valid RN license with at least two years of ER experience preferred. Holds current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications. Demonstrates proficiency in emergency care procedures and protocols. Able to work 12-hour night shifts in a high-pressure environment. Maintains compliance with travel and health screening standards, including fingerprints. Eligible for pending NM/Compact licenses prior to start date.
