As An RN/BSN You Will Provide professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act, and organizational policies and procedures. Employ critical thinking skills, assess residents’ conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor residents’ progress, and record pertinent observations. Delegate appropriate resident care tasks to other staff. Function as a team member to fulfill unit/department goals. Qualifications For RN Associate’s degree (or official transcripts). Current Illinois Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with good standing with the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation. Qualifications For BSN Bachelor’s degree (or official transcripts). Current Illinois Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with good standing with the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation. Status Full-Time (40 hrs), Part-Time (32 hrs), and/or Relief (Less than 30 hrs). Pay Structure New Graduate Starting Rates: ADN/RN $36.50 per hour; BSN $37.50 per hour. Hourly Pay Range: $36.50 - $48.00, determined by experience and expertise. Shift differentials: Weekend AM – $3.00; Weekday PM/ON – $3.00; Weekend PM/ON – $4.00 per hour. We have multiple openings for RN’s and BSN’s on the day (7a–3p), evening (3p–11p), and overnight (11pm–7am) shifts. Hours for our Skilled Nursing Residence are 6a–2p, 2p–10p, and 10p–6a.
