Requirements Minimum of 4 years of related experience. Experience with mechanical systems to evaluate HVAC, plumbing, and other building equipment. Direct experience conducting facility condition assessments for mechanical and plumbing equipment. Experience assessing healthcare and educational institutions preferred. Prior cost‑estimating experience is a plus. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong proficiency with AutoCAD required. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with Adobe Suite, Bluebeam, tablets, and mobile device tools preferred. Willingness to travel up to 40% for out‑of‑town assignments – typically one week in field, two weeks in office. Ability to walk the stated areas each day, climb fixed and extension ladders, walk on roof surfaces up to a 3/12 slope. Compensation Salary range: $63,400 to $79,200 annually. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
