Position Description Under the direction of the Department Manager and/or Supervisor, the CLS is responsible to perform laboratory testing following the policies and procedures of the Laboratory Department and the hospital. Qualifications Job Duties/Responsibilities Requirements: 1 year experience as a Medical Technologist is preferred but not required Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology California State License for Clinical Laboratory Scientist or Clinical Laboratory Microbiologist required.
