Compensation & Benefits

• 30% of adjusted production
• 90-day guaranteed base during your transition (if needed)

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a dentist who is:

• Experienced in comprehensive general dentistry
• Growth-oriented and motivated to continually improve
• Comfortable performing most molar endodontic procedures
• Comfortable extracting most non-impacted teeth
• A strong communicator who builds trust with patients
• Team-oriented and excited to collaborate with an experienced staff

Experienced dentists are preferred, but we will consider exceptional newer graduates who demonstrate strong communication skills, motivation, and a portfolio of quality clinical work.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday–Thursday
• No evenings
• No weekends
