FullTime | Mon-Fri | 7:00-4:00 or 8:00-5:00

Aspen Contracting is hiring Production Support Coordinators to help keep our offices, crews, and projects running smoothly. We're looking to add at least 3 team members , including one individual ready to take on office oversight quickly (with training and support).

This role is ideal for someone who cares deeply about followthrough, communication, and helping teams succeed . Details can be taught - effort and ownership cannot.

What You'll Do

• Support daytoday production operations across offices
• Communicate with:
• Suppliers
• Sales reps
• Tenants/homeowners
• Field crews
• Help coordinate projects, resolve issues, and keep timelines moving
• Support office needs and step in when coverage or leadership is required
• Handle afterhours calls as needed to support production and the field

• Fulltime, Monday-Friday
  • Shift options: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Afterhours calls are part of the role
• Must be willing to use your own phone for work communication
• Reliable attendance and clear communication are nonnegotiable

• One hire should be comfortable growing quickly into office oversight/support leadership (with training)
