We are looking for a dedicated Attorney to join our team in Redwood City, California. This role offers the opportunity to handle complex commercial litigation cases, including insurance coverage disputes and bad faith claims. Open to a hybrid or fully remote schedule and offering an annual salary of up to $200k DOE with excellent benefits. Responsibilities:• Conduct thorough legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.• Manage cases involving complex commercial litigation, including insurance coverage and bad faith matters.• Represent clients at court hearings, depositions, and trials based on experience level.• Prepare for and defend depositions, ensuring thorough documentation and case preparation.• Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and deliver effective legal solutions.• Engage in client communications to provide updates and legal advice regarding case progress.• Maintain organized documentation and case files to ensure efficient management.• Stay updated on relevant legal precedents and industry trends to strengthen case arguments.• Participate in a hybrid or remote work arrangement supported by advanced technical tools.
