About the Role 

We are seeking a  Server Assistant to join our Front of House (FOH) team to support smooth service operations and an exceptional guest experience. This role requires strong teamwork, communication, and a commitment to maintaining Cuerno’s standards of excellence.  If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities 

• Ensure a clean and organized dining area throughout service.  
• Set tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, and dishes.  
• Clear plates and reset tables for the next guests.  
• Keep service stations clean, organized, and fully stocked.  
• Maintain effective communication with all team members throughout service.  
• Assist the Server team with any additional tasks as needed.  
• Maintain health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining areas.  

  Qualifications 

• Minimum of 2+ years previous experience as a Server Assistant, Busser, or similar restaurant role.  
• Prior Fine Dining and Mexican Restaurant experience a plus.  
• Strong understanding of restaurant etiquette and sequence of service.  
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including allergy protocols.  
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.  
• Flexibility in work hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.  

Physical Requirements 

• Ability to work standing and walking for extended periods of time.  
• Ability to move and lift items up to 40 lbs as needed.  

Compensation, Benefits & Perks 

• Compensation: $17.00 per hour ($11.35 after tip credit), plus tips
