What You'll Do
- Memory Care Support: Provide compassionate care and redirection for clients with dementia or Alzheimer's.
- Daily Living Assistance: Help with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and hygiene.
- Medication Reminders: Support clients in managing medication routines.
- Meal Prep & Nutrition: Assist with meal planning and preparation to support well-being.
- Companionship & Engagement: Encourage conversations, activities, and social interaction.
- Health Monitoring: Observe, document, and report any changes in condition.
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in memory care (Alzheimer's, dementia, or related conditions).
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
- Compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and work as part of a team.
