Competitive Compensation: $115K–$180K base salary (DOE) 401(k) with Matching & Profit Sharing Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, and AD&D Insurance Generous PTO & Paid Holidays Flexible Schedule & Comp Time (Fridays Off in Summer) Professional Development: Continuing Education, Licensure Support Collaborative, Family-Oriented Culture Job Details Key Responsibilities and Duties: Review and sign off on complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations Lead client tax planning and advisory services Supervise staff and senior accountants, providing mentorship and feedback Oversee research on complex tax issues and develop resolutions Maintain compliance with evolving tax regulations Collaborate with firm leadership on client engagement strategies Identify and implement process improvements Qualifications Needed: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting CPA required (or EA with strong public experience) Minimum 7–10 years of public accounting experience with tax focus Strong technical and leadership background Knowledge of UltraTax, QuickBooks, and GAAP standards Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
