Remote Federal Background Investigator — Security Vetting

Peraton in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a full-time background investigator to support federal government investigations. The role requires residing within 50 miles of Gaithersburg and completing a 6–7 week training to certify under Federal Investigative Standards. You will interview subjects, search records, report findings in government systems, and work both independently and with a team under a Field Manager.
