Stock Associate

The Stock Associate supports daily store operations by receiving merchandise, organizing inventory, and keeping selling and storage areas orderly. Typical duties include unloading deliveries, verifying item counts, tagging and restocking products, rotating stock, and helping maintain accurate backroom organization. This role may also assist with pulling items for the sales floor, checking for damaged goods, and reporting inventory concerns to supervisors. Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to follow instructions are important. Prior warehouse, retail, or stockroom experience is helpful but not required if the candidate can learn procedures quickly and work efficiently as part of a team. Physical demands commonly include standing for long periods, lifting and carrying moderate weights, and moving merchandise throughout the shift. The work schedule is full time and may include mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on store needs.
