Description Enjoy driving customers without the gas, mileage, and wear‑and‑tear costs that come with ridesharing. 8Fleet provides a company vehicle, guaranteed hourly wage, and employee benefits. You earn base pay, performance bonuses, stock‑option eligibility, and 100% of your tips. Schedule Guaranteed paid hours with flexible shift options and additional shifts available as needed. Qualifications Eligible to drive on Uber app (not banned). 25 years of age or older. Valid California Driver’s License. Pass background check and drug screen (including marijuana). Clean driving record. Fluent in English to communicate with passengers. Physical and Service Requirements Deliver exceptional service: greet passengers, assist with luggage, provide a comfortable ride. Safe & reliable transportation: obey traffic laws, practice safe driving. Maintain vehicle standards: keep clean, safe and comfortable.
